After restarting bitbucket, getting this error while testing webhook connections.ERROR: The server didn't respond. You may retry your request when the server comes back up.

The screenshot you shared is is of Bitbucket native webhooks, it's not part of "Webhook to Jenkins for Bitbucket" app.
