Jira - Support and Maintenance fee

Question

Hello,

How much is the support and maintenance fee for Jira?

Thanks!

Benito Picarelli · Answer

Hi there,

Please keep in mind that Cloud based instances are payed monthly, while Server hosted (on your side) are payed yearly.

UL_Alliance · Answer

Is this for the subscription fee only? Support & Maintenance has different fee right?

Norbert Janssens · Answer

Have a look on https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing! This page gives you the fees either for cloud or for server based JIRA instances!
