How does the process of a request work, from the client to the graphic studio?

Meredith Klein

I would like to know in detail how a request evolves from its formulation by the client to the graphic design studio to achieve it.
Once the request is made, who receives it? Which people do they go through to finally land in the graphic design studio?
Step by step please.

Thank you !
