Are there Contact Groups or customized user contact capabilities?

Hi there, I would like to be able to add handphone numbers and other custom contact information(handphone number(string), building name(string), org group(string) etc) to users/profiles that exist in our Jira Service Management. Is that possible?

 

And on top of adding additional contact fields, are there capabilities to group users together?

Thanks for your post!

By default, there is no option to extend the user profile information in Jira.

However, this User profiles for Jira app might help you with that.
