The email and webhook options are missing from Subcribe to Update button

Hi,

I have noticed the options for email and webhooks are not showing on the Subscribe to Update button option.

Subscriber Notification settings:

The only option is RSS/Atom feed:

Is there an issue with the email/webhook option?

Hi Sarah,

To enable notifications, you must have at least one notification subscription option selected. Right now, none are selected. If you check at least one of the "Subscriber options" boxes, save the settings and refresh the page, you should see the other subscriber options appear when you click the 'subscribe' button.
