Where is the Manage Add-on menu at in Jira 7.2?

I am having a hard time finding the add-on menu in JIRA 7.2? And the documentation doesn't seem to help much. Please tell me where it is.

It looks like after upgrading to 7.2 just now and then upgrading some add-ons the app just hung and I could no longer see the menu option for add-ons. I restarted the JIRA app and now see the add-ons menu.
