Jira workflow is not working

Hello,

We have one jira issue which we can not transition. Others are normal but, this one. Even the transition buttons are not showing. Is this some kind of bug ? How to handle this one ? We have checked the workflow, permission, integrity checker even DB.

We have checked the workflow, the same issue with all fields have same value is working correctly, but this one is not. Also, issue type is normal in DB

Can you please check conditions on your workflows. If conditions of the any transition is wrong, it may block all transitions of that status.

Assuming you have already did the integrity checker. I hope it is not shown up any issue with this ticket.
