How to create a Program Predictability Measure Chart

Hi All, 

I am wanting to display a "Program Predictability Measure" chart on my Program Information Confluence Page.  

Is there a Confluence Template or is there any way this chart be produced from Business Value  Plan/Actuals in Confluence? Or do I just need to build an Excel Chart and insert it... Thanks...

Ideally the plugin from Appfire actually has this "Program Predictability Measure for SAFe" feature if that suffices your requirement.
