Using hotspots in an image to link to text further down the page

Hi, there. Don't know if what I need to do is possible in Confluence, but I'm hoping so.

I want to insert an image in confluence (or build the image in confluence) and then include text over the image that will let users move down to linked text below the image. Is this even possible?

Also, is some sort of hover help an option in confluence?

Thanks for any and all tips!

Thanks. I would also like to know if Confluence offers something like this inherently before I ask the company to invest in a plugin. Thank you.

As of now the feature in not yet present and I couldn't find any feature releases @Karen Carroll

It has to be through the plugin

Thank you! I appreciate your help!
