What can I do for Turkish character problem?

We use jira in a company in Turkey, so we write it in our own language. Some characters in our alphabet do not exist in English, so sometimes it can be a problem. When exporting issues as CSV, Turkish characters appear as symbols. What can I do?

I guess you try to open the .csv file via Excel?
