how to auto route a pdf document

We have a pdf document that needs to be signed by several management members. I want to send the pdf doc to the 1st admin, he signs and approved it in confluence then it automatically send the page to the next admin or confluence notify the next admin to sign the doc. Is this possible with confluence?

If you are working with a PDF and not Confluence pages, then you should look at DocuSign as a solution, rather than Confluence.

If you are wanting an approval flow on a Confluence page, then you will need a third-party plugin like comala-document-management
