Asking for some feedback concerning Chat for Jira. Will need to chat with different groups in our company. Is it possible to have a conference call and demo of this?

Are you actually referring to Chat for Jira service management addon? I am not familiar with an addon for Jira by that name. In any event I would recommend that you reach out to the add-on support directly with this type of ask.
