Hello - For certain issue types ( I assume : ) I am not able to move it through the workflow. Its issue type is research. I am an administrator so I have permission but where else could I go to edit this functionality?
Found the answer. I need to edit the workflow diagram.....it only took me an our or so to figure that out.
