Does Jira on-premise support Kanban and Scrum Boards?

Question

When I 'Create a Project' I am only offered Project, Task and Process Management as options under a Business label.

I would like to set up a project with a Scrum board but I'm not seeing this as an option nor can I see where to enable this option.

Is this a licensing restriction or am I missing something?

Yes @Lloyd Guthrie , you should update your existing subscription in order to have license for JIRA Software. Keep in mind that JIRA Software contains JIRA Core so you need to convert JIRA Core to JIRA Sotware license.

Is the JIRA Software module, you have shared the link for, treated as an update to our existing JIRA Core subscription ?  And, if so, is there a commercial implication to consider here?
