the drop down on our affiliate side shows a drop down of "any status" and gives the choices of Open / closed. Even though the tickets can go into "waiting for customer" per the workflow. Is there a way to add this to the drop down? The only option is to export /sort, as they cannot sort by type. would like this list to have the "waiting for customer"
