Hi @Melissa Liu ,This error message shows that the page has difficulties loading one of the eazyBI libraries.One of the possible reasons might be that some of the browser add-ons are blocking JavaScript loading.Please check if the page loads correctly on another browser.Please clear the browser cache and reload the page - that should solve the situation in most cases.However, if the report still fails after clearing the browser cache - please send your inquiry to support@eazyBI.com, and we will look for the other reasons for failure.Regards,Oskars / support@eazybi.com
