Jira integration with slack

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to connect jira to slack (Basic connection) using this instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/slack/using-jira-applications-with-slack-966662163.html

But, when I press "Go to Slack" button, there is no "Add to slack" button on slack side.

What I'm doing wrong, am I lacking some permissions?
