Hi Lucas,

I understand that you are expecting to find an invitation email from Jira site, but you are not receiving this.  I tried to lookup your email address in our internal system that manages a suppression list for email addresses.  However I did not locate your address in it at this time.

If the invite is coming from an Atlassian Cloud site, it should be arriving to your email provider.  Perhaps it could be the spam folder.

However if the Jira site is running Jira Server or Jira Data Center, then it would be connected to its own email provider.  In which case I cannot help to investigate that further.  I would recommend that you reach out to the user that is trying to invite you, and ask that they contact their Jira Administrator for additional help here.  It could be that the mail server they are using is trying to send the message but having it get rejected for some reason.  In which case, the logs of Jira will likely need to be investigated to determine the source of the problem.
