Using Macro in a template to list Tasks and Meeting Notes for the Current Page and Child Page

We have a requirement to display the Tasks and Meeting Notes Summary on the Parent Page which should summarize all the child pages 

This has to be achieved using a template and we are trying to avoid use of labels

Can you please help us here or let us know if it requires a user macro

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

I am not very sure here, but I think by using Task report macro you can achieve this kind of requirements. You might want to take look at below page.

Again, I have not tested but since it gives ability to filter tasks by page, it should be doable i guess.
