Not able to see Space Tool button in Space Sidebar

Hi There,

We are not able to see the Space tools option for our one space, I have the Confluence admin permission.

Also, We have checked on this part https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-41425, no use still we are having the same issue.

Can anyone help me on this issue.
