How to get parent key which is not having sub-task?

need to find keys which is not having sub-task & create auto subtask using summary for the keys which is not having subtask, using sil script or JQL

creating auto subtask can be done, the problem comes in finding the keys which is not having subtask.

I am not sure about the SIL script, but you certainly cannot do that with JQL, if your instance has Automation for Jira you can accomplish it with a scheduled rule that runs a JQL on certain issues and validate if sub-tasks are present.
