Custom fields - dependecies and summing another custom fields.

Hi

I've got two custom fields (datatype). I want to show additional field when some rules are complied when I create ticekt.

 

The first rule:

When date in one field is =>16'th day of month and the value of 2'nd field is from previous or earlier months I want to show mandatory custom fileds (checkbox).

The second rule:

When date in one field is beetwen 7-15'th day of month and the value of 2'nd field is from previous or earlier months I want to show another mandatory custom fileds (checkbox).

Please, help..

I think you will can do it only in javascript, this is very dinamic to default resources. If there is another way, please tell us!
