Issue not transitioning to In progress or Done state in workflow

Question

My workflow consists of following statuses

Todo , In progress , In Review , Done (All statuses are allowed to transition to all statuses)

CASE 1: When i am trying to transition from Todo to In progress , in this case notification gets updated , but can't see that change.

CASE 2: When i am trying to transition from Todo to In Review , in this case notification gets updated , and change is updated too, but i can't transition further to Done or Todo

Thank you @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ , "can't see that change" means , that when i am transitioning from todo to inprogress , in that case notification gets updated , but status does not changes. There are no condition attached to the workflow.
