problem accessing the file epic roadmap for JIRA software

When trying to install the file epic roadmpa for JIRA, i get the above error message. No further information, so i have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions?

It's often easier to contact the vendor directly for these types of queries. To do this...

* Go to the App's Marketplace listing
* Select the Support tab
* On the right-hand side, use one of their contact options to request assistance
