when set simple script validator - fix version

How can I set fix verion validation from simple script validator?

cfValues['FixVersions']?.value != ''

cfValues['Fix Versions']?.value != ''

cfValues['Fix Version/s']?.value != ''

All above are displaying error message (x).

 

When I set as issue.FixVersions != '', it dosen't work correctly. 

I want following condition.

  : FixVersions is empty -> workflow transition

  : FixVersions is not empty -> validate required custom field
