The account associated with LDAP is an inactive account. Once I'm logged in, my account is active, if I'm not logged in I'm inactive and no one else can find me.How to enable inactive user in jira？

Hi @Kim NG ,

please, verify that User Directory is currently setup with Read Only or Read Only with Local Groups. If so, users and their metadata should be imported on JIRA as-is on LDAP.

Please could you check active/inactive policy on your LDAP. JIRA should retrieve this information as-is without updating anything.
