Dear Team,

I am facing the problem of creating ticket, When I create a ticket shows me an error " An error occurred on our end. Refresh the page and try again ".

Pls, help me ASAP. We are stuck in between, I am discussing the water Equipment Trading Est Account.

Could be unrelated but I was getting this problem a lot. I use Ubuntu 20.04 and Firefox with ABP (Ad Block Plus). I looked at ABP and it said is wasn't blocking anything on that page but I disabled it (for that page) and did a refresh then I could add a new issue. However, then I re-enabled ABP for the page, refreshed, and I could still add a new issue. Odd.

If all members of that specific project are seeing the same error and you have tried multiple browsers then please reach out to Atlassian support.

* does every member of the project see the error
* Have you been unable to create issues from the beginning of the project?
* are you using the create button in the top menu or within the board?
* have you checked the permissions closely?
* if you create a new project can you create issue there?

I have to try to create issues in the team management project in JIRA Management. I have other clients, But I am not facing a problem. But with this client, I have faced a problem. I have already mentioned the error message.

I am facing problems in all project Project types as Software projects.
