I have added workflow transaction screen with Validator for Required Field

I have added workflow transaction screen with Validator for Required Field, with

"Error message (optional): Please complete required fields before changing the workflow status!"

There is a problem, this screen popup to update required fields before moving to next status, but once these required fields are updated even though after updating these required field whenever again we have to move to that transaction again that screen popup even though those required fields are updated.

Which validator are you using here. If you have field modified then that means the user must modify the field during that specific transition. However if you’re just checking to see if the field has a value then the previous transition would suffice to satisfy and allow the subsequent transition to occur.

Hey, so wanted to confirm, you are using a Validator and not a condition before the screen? This may be some of the issue.

It sounds like you want the condition to be "all these fields are not empty" and if one of them is "use this popup" so that's a condition + transition. However, in using a condition, if the fields are completed, the popup would not appear (if that is ok, then you can probably use this instead).
