Update issue fields by csv import (JIRA)

Hi All

I have a field (say ABC) on JIRA which i want to update for 3000 issues.

I was wondering can i do a csv import in order to populate that very field (of course my csv will contain issuekey and field ABC).?

Yes you can. You need to provide the Project Name, Project Key, Issue Key, and Summary in addition to the fields you'd like to update.
