Good afternoon, please advise on the transfer of the project from a productive environment to a test environment.

It is necessary to transfer the project with all settings, scripts, filters. There is no need to transfer tasks. Please consult, if there are instructions, please provide them.

Hi @ma

I believe the easier way to transfer a project is using the Project Configurator plugin, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?tab=overview&hosting=server.

Hope it helps
