Manual Payment InProgress screen Close Issue and Assign Issue have been grouped into a Workflow down

Question

We deployed version 8.20.0 and In Progress screen reviewed.  In the attached screenshot you can see that Close Issue and Assign Issue have been grouped into a Workflow drop down menu.  This creates an extra step and is not how the prod. version of JIRA (8.8.0) currently works.

How to get the workflow separately for Close Issue and Assign Issue.

Please address me on this issue.

You put it in the properties file, as I mentioned before.

I am unable to see ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-transitions on version 8.20.2. Is there any chance where to find this option?

When you upgraded, Jira replaced (or removed) files that you had edited away from the standard off-the-shelf install (it will have warned you about this at the start of the upgrade, but it is easy to miss)

One of the files you'd customised is Jira-config.properties in the Jira home directory.  This contained at least one line

ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-transitions = x

in it.  X being the number of transitions you see to the left of the workflow dropdown.  If that line is not in that file, Jira defaults x to 2.

Create or edit that file in your install, putting the property back in it, then restart the Jira service
