Hello,
I have a problem and need your help. Our gadgets titles and name of configuration fields seems bizarre.
I would like you to examine attached image to better understand what I mean
Thank you for your help
Yup, this happens. Take a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/fix-gadget-titles-showing-as-__msg_gadget-in-jira-server-813697086.html and here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-59892
@Radek Dostál
Hi thank you for your helping.
When we checked our base url related step;
From the Jira server itself, Jira is unable to communicate with itself via its Base URL (Run curl -v <base_url> to verify)
We got this error:
Curl:(7) Failed to connect couldn't connect to our base url port: 443 Connection refused
And we performed the scanning process in Jira and we got the following error:
Dashboard Gadgets Intermittent Internal Server Error
