Hello,
This is the notice that appears in Jira Service Desk. My question is this: Will Insight not be usable unless upgraded to Jira Service Management Data Center?

It sure seems so from the message but maybe it simply will no longer be supported. I suggest you ask the vendor this question to get the official answer.
