How to Design a Blog Page

Question

Hi to all of you,

i would like to implement a blog Page for the project and would like to know how to redesign the Blog Page as well as the list of Blogs.

Is there a documentation or anything else or does anybody knows how to do it?
Didnt find anything suitable information, which could help me.

I really hope someone can give me advice.
