Top bar sometimes missing

Hello!

We have a problem with our Confluence Server V7.10.2 (licensed).

Some users are having issues with top bar buttons disappearing intermittently.
Sometimes buttons shown, sometimes buttons hide.

I also observe a similar problem, but refreshing the page or switching to the next one usually helps me.
I'm admin of our Confluence and have checked all my permissions - that doens't affect this problem.

Please help me to solve this problem if someone faced it.

P.S.: I have seen similar problems in the forums before i wrote it.
But theirs decisions didn't help

Please check if any code is added in custom html section under admin

But I leave the question open to find a solution in the Google Chrome browser.
