I want to upgrade the bitbucket from 7.6.12(Current LTS) to 7.17.5 (LTS).

I am using the bitbucket server 7.6.12 and I want to upgrade to version 7.17.5 LTS

- Do I need to make any database upgrades?

- Will there be any problems to upgrade from one LTS to another LTS?

- Are there any things, I need to look for or should consider?
