How to stop email notification for commits when I add a Excel macro to the page

Question

Hello,

I have added an excel macro to my page and when I hit Edit document and then save the Excel, it uploads to server THEN It sends an email to everyone who is able to watch the page. Is there a way I can stop this.

I tried to uncheck the notify watchers box but that did not help.

Thanks in advance!!

Hello Pramodh

Thank you for replying. However, I do not see this option on my page?
