Hi,

Requirement: common issue creator name.

description : i have one group named : DAG

                         user name  Dag1, Dag2, Dag3 this group have project admin access and create ticket in JIRA system.

when they create ticket with any of these login like Dag1 or Dag or Dag3 it should show Reporter name or created by name as DAG.

is it possible to implement in Jira.

No.  The system is accurately recording who created the issue.  This is something people have been begging for for years in Jira, and it's a good thing that it's finally here.

You can easily set the system to allow a change of reporter though.  Give the group DAG the right to edit reporter, and put the reporter field on the "create issue" screen and they can set the reporter to whatever you want.
