It said to ask the "administrators" but im new so i dont know what to do. any help would be appreciated!
Their subreddit r/Mojira says account creation is temporarily disabled.
To add a little further, we won't be much help here. When they said administrators they meant for their personal instance. You will need to reach out to Mojang support.
