Is there a way to give the old look to the PPP attachments?

On the past the Power Point Presentations had a different appearance: Screenshot 2022-01-27 122500.png

Which allows to presentation and edit file

Now a days they look like this:

I want to use the old format, any help?

Are you using the PPT macro or just attaching the file. Also, which environment are you on? (cloud vs server)
