How to set system dashboard as default for all jira users?

As a jira administrator, I wanted to know how to set system dashboard as default for all the jira users.

Choose Administration  > System. Select User Interface > System dashboard to open the Configure System Dashboard page.On the 'Configure System Dashboard' page, you can do the following:* Move a gadget by drag-and-drop.
* Re-configure existing gadgets.
* Choose a different layout.

welcome to the community!

by default System Dashboard already is the default dashboard for all users.

Each user, at his convenience, can manage favourite dashboards and, eventually, can remove the system dashboard from his favourites.
