Comments is showing in Jira normal view and not in customer portal view?

Hi @Bhargav ,

comments, in Jira Service Management, are of two types Intenal or Shared with Customer.

Internal comments are visible just from JIRA internal project, Shared with customer comments are visible on both JIRA internal project and customer portal.

Please take care of these two types.
