Is it possible to add a button in confluence template?

Question

Dear community,

My goal is to create a button in confluence page template that allows users to send email notification by clicking on it.

Is it possible to implement this kind of stuff in confluence?

P.S: for the moment my confluence space is not in cloud

Thanks in advance for your help!
