Confluence: Migration to MYSQL

Question

How do I migrate confluence evaluation version from HSQLDB to MYSQL? Do I need to backup before the migration? I do not want to lose any content.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. By any chance is there any client tool availabe to connect to HSQLDB? I've tried to connect using Mysql Workbench, but it doesn't work.

My confluence is installed on a linux machine with embeded HSQL DB.
