Atlassian Cloud Migration does not start

Hello Community,

we want to move our Confluence to the Atlassian Cloud.
But unfortunately the migration tool does not launch.

 

I have already tried these steps:

Confluence runs on MySQL.

 

Error Log:

Cause

caused by: com.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference$InitializationException: java.lang.ClassCastException: class java.time.LocalDateTime cannot be cast to class java.lang.String (java.time.LocalDateTime and java.lang.String are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')

Hi @DELIFE Admin

Raise as Atlassian Support Ticket.

You will be provided with DB Command to reset the Tables associated with Tables used for migration.

Once you are through that you can perform the migration.
