Can't Connect Trello and Slack together

I have an organization Trello account and trying to connect it to an organization Slack workspace.

 

Every time I try to do that through the Settings page, I land on page with a loading widget, and it never connects to Slack.

However when I go to check whether the permissions have been set correctly, it shows it has:
