Network error : while creating Applink from Bamboo to JIRA with trial version

Getting Network error as shown above screen, while creating Applink from Bamboo to JIRA with trial version but connection is establish in vice versa.  I have checked the server.xml too but all looks fine. Please help me asap.

 

Note: Both JIRA and Bamboo instances are running on same machine

Are Jira and Bamboo both running on the same physical server? "localhost" normally resolves to 127.0.0.1, which is the loopback internal IP address.  Make sure you have "localhost" defined in your hosts file to ensure it resolves.
