Reviewing Pull Requests suggest a commit

Hey,

whilst reviewing someones code in Jira I was wondering if it is possible to create an entire commit as a suggestion just like the "suggestion" you can do while commenting some code.

Basically commit something without changing the Pull Request/updating the Branch and make it a suggestion instead.
