Is there batch notification feature available for Jira Align?

I'm getting one email for every change, including a change in a letter in the description. It would help if there is a batch notification feature in Jira Align.

This is not exactly the answer that you are looking for, but I suggest turning off emails, subscribe to the work items you care about and then check notifications within Jira Align once per day.
