Hi @Irfan Marikanive There can be many causes for this error, I would suggest going through this KB article to see detailed causes/resolution to each of them, you might get this working with one way or another.

Can you please share the entire screenshot of the page that you see?

Also just to confirm, you were able to complete the previous configurations like DB setup ?
